On GustoMesh a quality judgement is built only on field evidence — and the field is wide: 13420 real venue records are waiting to be verified. We work on a voluntary basis with university students from gastronomy, tourism, sociology and related departments.

- Source research: Scanning sources for Atlas records and proposing story cards.
In return we offer training in the method, your contributions credited under your name on the platform, and a letter documenting your work. The programme is voluntary; we settle its scope together at the first conversation.
